The price of $60 US is a pleasant surprise for Emmet’s Construct-o-Mech, I had imagined they’ll charge the extra $10 simply because it’s probably going to be a very popular set as it is from a very memorable movie moment, aswell as also have over 700 pieces, not by much mind you but it’s better than 10 cent per piece. Benny’s Spaceship, Spaceship, SPACESHIP! is really the only one I can complain about, I do like how we get robot Emmet, but from the looks of it we won’t be getting a robot Wyldstyle anytime soon. Nor will we be seeing any robot construction workers or a ghost Virtruvious. In my opinion, which people may disagree with, would have been to take out robot Emmet in the Benny’s Spaceship, Spaceship, SPACESHIP! set and add in the smaller Metal Beard instead. Following suit, we would get another set, possibly named “Everything is Awesome!” and include robot Emmet and Wyldstyle and 3 or 4 construction worker robots, have a 2 big speakers, a control room and a platform for dancing, and retailing for around $60. I do love the vehicles in the Lego Movie sets, but 90% of them are just vehicles, and only a few have separate play areas, Cloud Cuckoo Land for example, would be a play area. It’s already said and done, so I don’t expect to see these sets made, some sets I would have liked to have seen would have been the Western Pig Coach and the Dog from Cloud Cuckoo Land, but maybe we’ll get a 3rd wave of sets from this movie during the winter months. Lego loves to surprise us.
