It has been fairly slow in terms of LEGO news but Toys R Us isn’t slow in releasing new polybags. There’s another polybag that is now available in stores as well as online and that is the LEGO Creator Cute Kitten (30188). The set contains 54 pieces and retails for $3.99. The kitten does goes nice with the cat and mouse from the Furry Creatures (31021) set.

Have fun with the cute kitten with poseable head, legs and tail plus movable whiskers and eyes for a range of funny expressions!

LEGO Creator Expert Fairground Mixer (10244)

Today is the 15th and the newest exclusive, the LEGO Creator Fairground Mixer (10244), is now available for VIP members at LEGO Brand Stores and on Shop@Home. Remember that you have to be logged in with your LEGO ID before you are able to order it. The Fairground Mixer will be available to the general public on June 1st along with many other summer sets.

First Image of LEGO Santa’s Workshop (10245)

There’s a new image on Hoth Bricks of the new LEGO Santa’s Workshop (10245). We mentioned this set last month in a post of sets that will be released in the next few months. This new addition is the latest set in the very popular Winter Village series. As mentioned before, there will be six minifigures: Santa, Mrs. Claus, and four elves and also shown in the image are also five brick built reindeer. The set will most likely be available in October like previous Winter Village sets and official images will be a few weeks before the release.

Update: Ed over on Brickpicker states that the set will retail for about $69.95. Price is subject to change but it will probably be $69.99.

LEGO Creator Expert Fairground Mixer (10244)

LEGO has officially revealed their latest exclusive set, the LEGO Creator Expert Fairground Mixer (10244) at the Sydney Brick Show in Australia. This fairground set is fit neatly into two trucks and is easily opened to show the whole ride and games. The Mixer itself is also Power Functions ready so you can just pop in a motor and let it run. The Fairground Mixer consists of 1746 pieces and will retail for $149.99 and will be available in June. Check out the official press release, designer video, and more images of the set below.

Upcoming LEGO Set Details: MINI Cooper, Santa’s Workshop, Carnival

There is some news coming out of Dutch retailer Speelgoedn1.nl of some new LEGO sets coming out later this year. The first set is the MINI Cooper MK VII (10242) which we teased about last year. Some details of the set is that it is green and white with racing stripes. The roof is removable and you can see a beige interior with details such as the gearbox and handbrake. The site also mentions that there are also fog lamps. The MINI Cooper is the third vehicle set that is not tied into a particular theme following the Volkswagen Beetle (10187) and the Volkswagen T1 Camper Van (10220). It is possible that the MINI Cooper will be available on May 15th as the early VIP exclusive set.

The next set that is mentioned to be released this year is Santa’s Workshop (10245). LEGO will be continuing the Seasonal theme again to add to your Winter Village. This set will have six minifigures: Santa, Mrs. Claus, and four elves.

The final set that is revealed is the Carnival set (10244) which will fit into the Modular theme. Some details of the set includes a glow in the dark feature and has a whopping 12 minifigures including a juggler on stilts, a man dizzy from the ride, two boys, two girls, and more.
