LEGO Build Together Adds 16 Sets to App

Back in December, LEGO announced Build Together which is a new feature that allowed multiple people to build at set at the same time using the LEGO Building Instructions App. Today, LEGO has added 16 more 2022 sets to the growing list and the most recent update has decreased idle time for builders as well as improved algorithms structure. LEGO Year of the Tiger (40491) GWP Starts Next Week

LEGO has revealed that the LEGO Year of the Tiger (40491) promotional set will be available from January 10-27, while supplies last. You can get it for free with purchases of $85/£85/€85 and it coincides with the release of the LEGO Chinese Traditional Festival sets so there shouldn’t be any issues getting it.

In addition, the LEGO Monkie Kid’s Underwater Journey (30562) will be available at the same tiemframe with purchases of $40/£40/€40 on LEGO Monkie Kid or LEGO Ninjago sets.

Earlier today, LEGO revealed the January 2022 wave of LEGO Monkie Kid sets which will be released at the beginning of the year. It looks like the theme will be heading to space as there are a few of them that are space related. The flagship set is The City of Lanterns which is a small city with lots of detail, similar to the LEGO Ninjago City sets.
