LEGO Trains 40th Anniversary Set (40370) Promotion Now Live on Shop@Home

February 29, 2020 /

LEGO Iconic Steam Engine (40370)

The promotion for the LEGO Trains 40th Anniversary Set (40370) is now live on LEGO Shop@Home. From now until March 15, you can get the set for free with purchases of $99/€99/£99. The set pays homage to the original 7810 version with some updates. If you’re thinking about picking it up, I wouldn’t hesitate as this could be one of the more popular promotions LEGO has done and it might sell out before the promo end date. To help you get closer to the $99 threshold, LEGO has surprisingly released the LEGO Creator Fiat 500 (10271) very quickly after its reveal earlier today. You can check out my review of the LEGO Trains 40th Anniversary set here.

The price per piece ratio with the discount goes down to $0.02 which is the lowest I’ve seen in any set.

I have on good intel that we will be getting a LEGO Double Point event next month from March 20-29. We don’t have any official details on it at this time but we’ll probably get an email as we get closer to the start date.
