There a new LEGO City promotion that has started with the Space Satellite (30365) polybag. You can get it for free with purchases of $40 or more at LEGO Stores and on Shop@Home, while supplies last. This is the same polybag that is currently available for purchase over at Target. To double up on this promo, there are also some LEGO City Mars Exploration sets that have Double VIP points with the Lunar Space Station (60227) and the Deep Space Rocket and Launch Control (60228).
