Code doesn’t work. Do I need to be a Prime member first?

I’m a prime member and the code doesn’t work for me 🙁 simply states that “the promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase”
It also says that when I try it. If the line that says “Total before tax” is $69.99, then that is the correct price.

I opted for Best Buy’s Gamers Club when I purchased my PS4 Dimensions starter pack, cost $30 but saved $20 on the starter pack, plus got some Rewards points.
Now for the next 2 years I’ll be saving 20% off all my gaming purchases including Dimensions add-ons plus will still be getting Rewards points.
So far I’ve bought Wizard of Oz witch and Ninjago Nya fun packs and Portal 2 level pack, so right there I’ve saved $12 and have paid off the Gamer’s Club membership cost.
