LEGO Ideas Large Hadron Collider Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Large Hadron Collider by NathanR2015 is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. It is based on the world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator at CERN. It is also the second project of its kind to get the required amount of supporters on LEGO Ideas with the Particle Accelerator by JKBrickworks being the first. There was also the ATLAS Mini Model which was over on LEGO CUUSOO.

The Large Hadron Collider now joins Voltron – Defender of the Universe, Spaceballs – Eagle 5, The Addams Family Mansion, and the Merchant’s House as the projects that qualify for the Second 2016 Review Stage.

This is actually the third particle accelerator-related project to get 10,000 votes and reach review, not the second – the ATLAS project that garnered its votes in 2013, back in the CUUSOO days, actually portrays one of the experiment modules that make up the LHC (so this is not only the third particle accelerator project, but the second specifially pertaining to the LHC).
