I normally don’t care about the cartoon sets, but that eclipse fighter set is cool and our cheapest chance to get Dengar for a while so count me in. Where are the other sets, like Rex’s AT-TE?
Overall rundown:
Eclipse Fighter: Very good looking set. Cheap way to get Dengar. Even if one isn’t into the series behind it, the sith and her starfighter could very well double as part of the Old Republic. Overall a steal.
Star Scavenger: Decent looking and would make a nice addition to the Rebel fleet. However, I can live without it.
Encounter on Jakku and Resistence X-Wing: Okay sets. Can live without because they are movie sets meaning something like them will come back around in a few years.
Vader vs A-Wing: Originally I was meh on this because I already have Vader and the TIE X1. However, my interest was piqued when I learned that Tarkin was on this set. However expensive the set may be, its a cheap way to get Tarkin compared to the ~$500 Death Star set he usually appears on. Its also a good way to get Sabine with her Season 2 hairstyle as well as adding a new A-Wing to your Rebel fleet.
Clone Turbo Tank: I already have a Clone Turbo Tank and I think it is larger than this one. I also have Luminara Unduli. If I got this set, it would be for Quinlan Vos and Gree, but they aren’t worth dishing out a suitcase of money for.
They don’t say the number of pieces any more. 🙁
The ones without piece counts are European boxes. The US ones always have them.
I Am so gonna get the S.S. StarScavenger!
