LEGO Star Wars 2018 Amazon Sales

The 2018 LEGO Star Wars sets have just officially hit stores about a week ago but there are already some sales on Amazon for a few of them. The main one is the Ahch-To Island Training (75200), which I’ve recently reviewed. It is currently at $23.99 (20% off) off the regular price of $29.99 and I feel that this is a good price for it.

The next set is the First Order AT-ST (75201). This set is priced at $31.99 (20% off) the regular price of $39.99. It is still a bit high for an unfinished AT-ST but your wallet won’t cry as much.

The last set is General Grievous’ Combat Speeder (75199). It is currently at $23.99 (20% off) the normal price of $29.99. Again, it’s still a bit high but there are some larger pieces in the set that cost more to produce.

LEGO Ideas Third 2017 Review Stage Underway

Earlier today, LEGO gave a teaser of the upcoming LEGO Ideas Ship in a Bottle (21313). At the same time, the Third 2017 LEGO Ideas Review Stage is underway and there were seven projects that qualified and have a chance to become a future LEGO Ideas set. These projects include:

LEGO Ideas Ship in a Bottle (21313) Teaser

LEGO has released a teaser for the upcoming LEGO Ideas Ship in a Bottle (21313). As you can see from the image above, it pretty much shows off the whole set and how it is partially constructed. I’ve been told that it will be available starting on February 1. Stay tuned as the official announcement is imminent.

Rumored LEGO Unikitty! Sets Coming This Summer

The new Unikitty! animated show on Cartoon Network has premiered here in the US and there are reports of LEGO sets coming out this summer to go along with it. Word has it that there are five sets coming out this June, 41451-41455, along with 41775 which is supposedly a series of bags similar to Mixels or possibly some minifigure character builds.

I’m not sure how the Unikitty! sets will tranlate into LEGO since the animation isn’t truly LEGO but I’m looking forward to seeing them. Perhaps we could see something at the upcoming Toy Fairs that starting at the end of January. You can currently watch a few of the episodes of Unikitty! for free on Cartoon Network.

LEGO Star Wars Ahch-To Island Training (75200) Review

The new 2018 LEGO Star Wars sets are now available and one of the sets that I was looking forward to getting was the Ahch-To Island Training (75200). The set consists of 241 pieces and retails for $29.99 which is typical for these small-to-medium sized licensed sets. There will be some minor spoilers as the movie has been out for a while now.

LEGO Hamley’s Royal Guard (5005233) Minifigure Polybag Available Online

If you’ve been wanting to pick up the LEGO Hamley’s Royal Guard (5005233) minifigure polybag, you can now purchase it online on their website. Like in stores, it goes for £6.00 each which is a little expensive for what you get but it is an exclusive minifigure. Note that Hamley’s can only ship to the UK and European countries so shipping to the US is out. The only way you can get it is on the secondary market or if you know someone. Speaking of knowing someone, can any of you readers help out in sending me a couple?

More 2018 LEGO Polybags Revealed

A lot of new LEGO polybags have been revealed the past few days and collectors will be pretty excited to get some of these products. Some of these polybags are the normal brick ones while there are some pod-related items as well. There’s no word on availability of these polybags but I have a feeling that a couple of them are for future promotional items.
