LEGO Iconic Easter 2018 (5005249) Image Surfaced

It looks like the LEGO Iconic promotions will be continuing next year as an image of the LEGO Iconic Easter 2018 (5005249) has surfaced over on Bouwsteentjes.info. The set is similar to what we’ve had in the past with the cardboard box and a minifigure to represent the event which will be a guy with bunny ears. It looks like it will also come with a paintbrush and an egg as accessories but we’ll have to wait and see.

LEGO Iconic Easter 2018 (5005249) continues the line of these small promotional sets which started with the Easter (5004468) and Gingerbread Man (5005156) from 2016 and the Caveman & Cavewoman (5004936) from earlier this year.

There’s no information at this time on when or how to get this set but I’ll definitely let you guys know when the details are available a future LEGO Store Calendar.

The LEGO Batman Movie The Joker Manor (70922) Review

In a surprise announcement back in September, LEGO revealed a direct-to-consumer set for The LEGO Batman Movie with The Joker Manor (70922). It contains 3,444 pieces and retails for a not so bad $269.99 which is a pretty decent $0.08/piece especially for a licensed set. The set will be available starting on Black Friday, November 24.

Walmart Black Friday 2017 LEGO Sets Now on Sale

It looks like Walmart has kicked off their Black Friday deals early for the LEGO Classic Creative Box (10704) and LEGO DUPLO Creative Box (10854) sets as both are available for purchase online. Both sets go for $20 with the Classic Box having 900 pieces while the DUPLO Box has 120 pieces for younger children. There is free shipping with purchases of $35 or more. Get them while you can and beat the crowds as these sets will probably be one of the first items that are sold out when Walmart starts their Black Friday sales tomorrow in stores.

Another day, another “reveal” for the 2018 LEGO sets as we now have the box art images for the next wave of The LEGO Batman Movie. We’ve already seen the sets in detail last week but it’s also nice to look at the boxes to gauge how big the sets are.
