For your RLUG/RLFM affiliation, make sure you state that you’ve come from The Brick Fan and post a comment below with the Flickr link to your photo or you won’t qualify. As a special treat the Community Managers have decided to add a little raffle chance to win for those of you participating. So we’ve created a flickr account where we would like everything to be pooled and also hashtagged. (The Flickr pool is right here – https://www.flickr.com/groups/3447329@N23/)
Once we pass Easter, we will do a Lucky Draw between all the pooled images.
We will pick 10 raffle winners, each getting a goodie bag with LEGO related Easter awesomeness and a medium sized LEGO set on top. What’s required?

Late last year, I reported that there was a new Batman Battle Pod (5004929) polybag for The LEGO Batman Movie which was available overseas. If you haven’t seen this particular polybag yet, it consists of the exclusive Batman tiger suit minifigure as well as some accessories like a grappling hook and a map.
There hasn’t been much information about the availability of it here in the US until today. I’ve received information that it will soon be available at LEGOLAND California but there’s no set date for it yet or what promotion it will be.
I’ll let you guys know when you get your hands on The LEGO Batman Movie Batman Battle Pod (5004929) polybag when I get more details. My guess is in a few months when the summer wave of sets hit the shelves.

For those who have been waiting for news on how to get the new LEGO Star Wars R3-M2 (40268) polybag, I finally have some news on it. LEGOLAND California now has it as part of a promotion where you can get it for free with a purchase of $55 or more in Star Wars products at the Big Shop or Empire Emporium, while supplies last. This promotion runs until March 19. There’s still no word on when LEGO Shop@Home will have it, if it will.
Thanks to my friend John as well as Becca for the information.
