LEGOLAND California Star Wars Miniland Death Star & Heartlake City Expansion Announced

If you’re planning on going to LEGOLAND California in 2015, you will be finding some new things at the park. The first thing is that the Star Wars Miniland will be expanding again next year and they will be adding the Death Star as part of their attraction. The Death Star will span 6 feet across and will include the trench run scene inside the space station. This expansion will be opening right before Star Wars Days on March 7 and 8. You can check out the current Star Wars Miniland in one of our previous posts.

That’s not all that LEGOLAND California has in store for next year. They have also announced there will be a brand new area in the park based on the LEGO Friends theme, Heartlake City. From what is stated, this new section will take over an area that had been underused which has water features. Children can explore Heartlake City on Andrea’s tour bus which also has a sing along. There will be building activities and a horseback ride on a carousel.

Question Revealed for LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham and Release Info

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham - Question

There are three days left until the release of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham and today it has been revealed that Question will be a playable character. He’s a vigilante who wears a mask made of an experimental material called pseudoderm. In his normal life, Question is a investigative journalist who often runs into stories that he couldn’t investigate normally so he has to turn to his alter ego.

There is also some new information for the release of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. I got a call today from GameStop saying that they will be having a midnight EST release for the game on Tuesday. For those like me who are on the west coast, we can actually get the game at 9:00pm PST which is pretty awesome. Once we finish the game, we’ll be doing an achievement/trophy guide after so stay tuned for that.
