The new LEGO Art Project – Create Together (21226) is now available for purchase on the LEGO Shop. The set has 4,138 pieces and retails for $119.99. Within the set, there are four different themes to choose from: food, patters, icons, and interests with 36 total designs to choose from. There is also one large design which is of the white classic Spaceman minifigure.
LEGO has revealed some of the new 2022 LEGO Technic sets on the LEGO Shop. There are currently five sets listed and they will be available starting on January 1.
LEGO has revealed the new 2022 LEGO Friends sets on the LEGO Shop. The theme celebrates its 10th anniversary next year and one set that commemorates the event is the Friendship Tree House (41703) which includes a QR code to reveal retro Heartlake City treasures hidden within it. All the sets will be available starting on January 1.
The LEGO Ghibli project by yop1172. is the latest one to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build features four iconic Studio Ghibli films including Spirited Away (870 pieces), Howl’s Moving Castle (368 pieces), My Neighbor Totoro (120 pieces), and Castle in the Sky (493 pieces).
The project now joins Land Ahoy, Terrariums, Great Coral Reef, Hyrule Castle 30th Anniversary, Avatar: The Last Airbender – The Avatar Returns, Clockwork Solar System, The Dojo, Hocus Pocus – The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage, Naruto: Ichiraku Ramen Shop, Motorized Johnny 5, James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), The LEGO Emergency Box, LEGO Rubik’s Cube (Working), and Brooklynn Nine-Nine: 99th Precinct, Steampunk Explorers, Moominhouse ムーミン屋敷, Castle Outpost, Downtown Records, and The Meeting Point as the ones to reach the Third 2021 Review Stage.
There are some new 2022 LEGO polybags that have surfaced online for various themes. There’s no word yet on if they will be for regular purchases or as part of a gift-with-purchase promotion.
LEGO has revealed a new LEGO Creator set with the High-Speed Train (40518). Releasing on January 1, the set has 284 pieces and retails for $19.99. Unlike a majority of other Creator sets, this one isn’t a 3-in-1 model and it only features a two carriage train.
Train fans can create thrilling stories as they hurtle through cities and the countryside with this incredibly detailed High-Speed Train (40518). The train features 2 connected carriages, one of which contains the driver’s compartment and has a sloped front. A wonderful gift for kids aged 7 and up to proudly display or use to play out fast-paced adventures.

LEGO has revealed some new LEGO Star Wars Accessory Packs on the LEGO Shop. Currently, there are two listed with the Defence of Hoth (40557) and Clone Trooper Command Station (40558), both of which will be available on January 1. Smaller than a Battle Pack, these are similar to the other accessory sets that uses the hanger packages. The most interesting minifigure of the two sets is the Clone Commander which was previously exclusive to the UCS Republic Gunship (75309).
