Kinetic Tin Toy by 4EyesGuys is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build is based on the retro science fiction robot and it has a mechanism to move the arms up and down while you push it forward or backwards.

The build features a brick-built figure of an Ohio State Marching Band member with 16 points of articulation. There’s also a number of interchangeable instruments that it can hold.
