LEGO Bricks & Pieces Available Again for More Countries

A few months ago, LEGO made Bricks & Pieces available again for only a few countries due to the pandemic happening around the world. Some of the countries had the ability to order for a short time before getting taken down again due to unknown reasons.

LEGO has just announced that more countries can now order from Bricks & Pieces again, including those that were removed from the most recent announcement.

A message from LEGO® Customer Service:

Continuing on the successful updates made to LEGO.com/service for United Kingdom / English and Spain / Spanish toward the end of 2019 and opening service for India just a month ago, we’ve finished moving our Customer Service site to the same platform used by the rest of LEGO.com. For the most part, this has been a like-for-like transition of content, although there will be a noticeably differently look and feel.

While Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand and the United States were opened previously for paid parts orders, we’ve also been able to coordinate reopening Bricks and Pieces sales with our warehouse for the following markets:

• Austria
• Belgium
• Czech Republic
• Denmark
• Finland
• France
• Hungary
• Ireland
• Italy
• Luxembourg
• Netherlands
• Norway
• Poland
• Portugal
• Spain
• Sweden
• Switzerland

We hope you’ll love the new site as much as we do!

LEGO Ideas Third 2019 Results Coming Soon

There hasn’t been any word yet but I have a feeling that the LEGO Ideas Third 2019 Results will be announced soon. LEGO did state that the results should be revealed in summer 2020 but we haven’t officially hit summer yet which actually starts next week. Last year, the 2018 results were announced in May but due to COVID-19, everything has been pushed back a little this year. Also the fact that some LEGO employees have started talking about it is another sign that the results should be coming pretty soon. I expect LEGO to start doing teasers for it as well.

As a reminder, there are twelve projects that qualified for the Third 2019 Review Stage and they are:

Queen: I Want to Break Free – Han Sbricksteen
Seinfeld 30th Anniversary – BrentWaller
The Legend of Zelda: BotW Stables – Hanwasyellowfirst
Planet Express Delivery Ship – Nicola Stocchi & gabriele.zannotti
Ratatouille: Open The Doors! – Brick Project
LEGO Typewriter – Steve Guinness
The Legend of the BIONICLE – Sokoda
The Huascar – aldrin
Winter Chalet – sdrnet
Toronto Rocket Subway Train – Legovader217
Home Alone McCallister’s House – adwind
Clockwork Aquarium – mjsmiley

Which one(s) do you think will be chosen to become an official LEGO Ideas set? Let us know down below.

LEGO Summer 2020 Catalog Available for Download

Yesterday, I reported that the LEGO summer 2020 catalog has started to show up in the mail and many people have asked how to get it. Over on LEGO Shop@Home, you can request to be on the mailing list or if you’re environmentally responsible, you can also download them on PDF. Fortunately, the latest one is now available for you to peruse if you don’t have the physical copy.

If you didn’t see yet, there is a page showing some upcoming LEGO Disney sets that are set to be released on June 17. The eagle eyes over at New Elementary have pointed out that the background for Disney is using similar patterns as the other 18+ sets that have been released already so that could mean something.

New LEGO Disney Summer 2020 Sets Coming June 17

The summer 2020 LEGO catalogs are starting to arrive in the mail and it shows some of the sets that are coming out soon. There’s one particular page that doesn’t show any sets we don’t know about but there are some themes shown that also has new LEGO sets coming out including LEGO Disney, LEGO Jurassic World, and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. The most interesting one out of the list is the Disney one as we don’t really have details of what is coming out. I haven’t read it about it anywhere else but they are coming next week on June 17 so hopefully we’ll see something by the end of the week.
