LEGO Masters Contestant Perk Details

LEGO Masters

Last month, Fox started looking for contestants for the upcoming US version of LEGO Masters which you can sign up over at LEGOMasters.tv. A few of the casting producers of the show have reached out asking if I knew of any builders who might be interested in joining.

Some of the details I’ve been given are that the commitment is about seven weeks and shooting will begin on October 28 in the Los Angeles area. All the costs for travel and accommodation would be covered by production and there will also be a stipend provided for contestants every week they remain on the show. There will also be a major cash prize however the exact amount still hasn’t been announced yet.

If anyone is interested, feel free to email me directly and I can forward your details to the producers directly.

LEGO Ideas Tree House (21318) Review

The LEGO Ideas theme keeps growing bigger and bigger and we now have the largest set that has come out of the crowdsourcing theme with the LEGO Ideas Tree House (21318). It contains a whopping 3,036 pieces and retails for $199.99 and it is now available for purchase. Let’s take a look at it to see if it is worthy of the price tag. The contents of the box include a total of 31 bags, 21 of which are numbered to 19 and the rest for the leaves. There’s also a large instruction booklet containing 428 pages.

LEGO Picnic Blanket (5006016) Promotion Now Available

LEGO Picnic Blanket (5006016)

LEGO has been doing some premium gift with purchases and their latest one is for a Picnic Blanket (5006016). It is available with purchases of $199 or more on Shop@Home only from now until August 25. I’m not sure how the material feels like but it seems like it’s made of higher quality fabric and it is LEGO branded. The promotion for the Canvas Tote Bag is still going on as well so if you spend $200, you can get both promo items at the same time. I would’ve held off on my purchase from before if I knew this was coming out as well. Lesson learned.

LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 19 (71025) Reported Box Distribution

LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 19 (71025)

A few weeks ago, the Series 19 LEGO Collectible Minifigures (71025) were revealed and they would be released in September. I would have assumed that RLFM sites would have reviews up but instead a YouTuber named The Brick Shack has managed to order a few boxes early to do their own review of it and they have provided the box distribution of the set. Keep in mind that these are not the official names of the characters because technically LEGO hasn’t announced them yet.

There will be three complete sets per box and it was reported that the first two rows of an unopened box will have full sets of 16. Obviously there are 20 per row so finding two full sets in the first two rows shouldn’t be that hard.

Three Per Box

Monkey King
Shower Guy
Dog Walker
Fox Girl
Mountain Biker
Firefighter
Flamingo Lady

Four Per Box

Programming Girl
Black Knight
Jungle Explorer
Pizza Costume Guy
Rainbow Bear
Rugby Player
