Earlier this morning, Dolby Cinema’s Twitter released a new poster for The LEGO Ninjago Movie featuring a special character in the movie, Meowthra. It was seen in the trailer coming in from the human world and knocking over a building. It could be one of the main villains alongside Garmadon but that remains to be seen. Dolby is giving their followers a chance to win this poster later this month.

Traditionally, the largest LEGO sets in terms of piece counts have been taken over by LEGO Star Wars and LEGO Creator sets but there’s a new The LEGO Ninjago Movie set that has joined the list with Ninjago City (70620). Coming in at 4,867 pieces and retailing at $299.99, it has now currently become the third largest LEGO that LEGO has produced.

Consisting of about 2,225 pieces, it has a couple of dining rooms as well as a kitchen. It now joins the Pop-Up Book as the only projects so far in the Third 2017 Review Stage.
LEGO Senior Creative Director Simon Lucas over on Twitter has revealed some new character posters for The LEGO Ninjago Movie. These are probably the last posters for the movie before the premiere next week. These new posters show the main characters along with their respective elements.
Speaking of premiere, it looks like there are still free tickets available at 1iota if you’re in the Los Angeles area this Saturday.
If you’re in the LA area on September 16, 1iota is giving away free passes for The LEGO Ninjago Movie. There are two different ones to get, the red carpet event and the movie premiere itself.
Since these are free tickets, they are first come, first served and may run out at any time. Thanks to legobrick223 for the heads up.
I’ve been slacking on this a little but there have been some more recent character reveals for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 during PAX West 2017. Some of these characters include Iron Fist, Hela, and Old West Tony Stark. What’s cool about Tony is that he has an Old West Iron Man suit that he can change into.
The latest reveal from a few days ago was the Spectacular Spider-Ham. This character could suggest that Peter Porker could be included in the game as well.
Stay tuned for EGX 2017 from September 21-24 as there could be some more character reveals there. TT Games will be doing a livestream on Sunday 9/24 at 2pm BST on Twitch so we could see some new stuff then as well.
