The LEGO Movie 2 Emmet’s Reviews – A Teaser of Cameos?

The LEGO Movie 2 Emmet's Reviews Gremlins

Warner Bros. has started a new online campaign for The LEGO Movie 2 called Emmet’s Reviews in which he does a super quick review on previous Warner Bros. movies. Some of the movies that Emmet reviews are Gremlins, Beetlejuice, Lord of the Rings, Wonder Woman, Batman, The Goonies, and Wizard of Oz.

Could these reviews be a teaser for what we could see in The LEGO Movie 2 in terms of cameos? We already know Batman is in it and Gal Gadot will be voicing Wonder Woman. The four main characters from The Wizard of Oz will also be in the movie since there are some Collectible Minifigures of them coming out soon. The only things we aren’t unsure of are Gremlins, Beetlejuice, LOTR, and The Goonies, however, note that all of them have been released in minifigure form. What’s even more interesting is that all of the franchises have been in LEGO Dimensions. Is The LEGO Movie 2 also a way to pay homage to the game as well?

LEGO Teases “A Big Reveal” for Tomorrow on Instagram

LEGO Instagram Story Teaser Reveal

If you follow LEGO on Instagram, you may have seen that they did teaser on their Instagram Story for some sort of reveal tomorrow. The caption says “A *Big* Reveal! ” with the countdown time set for tomorrow morning. I literally don’t know what this reveal is about and it’s the first time I’ve heard about it. Usually recognized LEGO fan media sites are informed early about their upcoming product reveals but I haven’t gotten anything about whatever this teaser is about. My guess is it will be the review results of the LEGO Ideas Second 2018 projects since they did the announcement for the Second 2017 results around the same time last year. What do you guys think this reveal will be? Sound off in the comments below.

**Update: Check out the announcement here.**

LEGO Ideas National Museum – Rio de Janeiro Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The National Museum – Rio de Janeiro by Maxakalisaurus is the latest project to hit 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. With a sudden surge of supporters the past few days, it actually surprised everyone by hitting the goal in about three weeks.

The model shown is still a render but it represents Brazil’s National Museum which made the news last year with the massive fire doing damage to a large part of their collection. The museum recently opened back up and held its first exhibition since the fire yesterday.

The National Museum is the first project to reach the LEGO Ideas 2019 Review Stage.
