LEGO DC Character Encyclopedia: New Edition Coming in 2022 with Exclusive Minifigure

There’s a new LEGO DC book coming out next year called the LEGO DC Character Encyclopedia: New Edition and it will come with an exclusive minifigure. The book doesn’t release until May 3 at a price point of $21.99 but you can pre-order it today on Amazon. The exclusive minifigure is still a mystery at this time but the description of the book may give a clue on who it could be. Usually when the description talks about a character, there’s a high chance that it will be it and for this book, it could be Klarion the Witch Boy. The minifigure won’t be revealed until the book cover is finalized which should be a few months before the release.

LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon (75257) Amazon Sale – September 2021

Amazon currently has the LEGO Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Millennium Falcon (75257) on sale for 20% off the normal retail price. It is now priced at $128 which is $32 off the $159.99 price point and it includes minifigures of Lando Calrissian, Chewbacca, C-3PO, Finn, Boolio, R2-D2, and D-O. The Millennium Falcon isn’t listed as a set that is retiring this year but it’s still good deal if you want the latest version of it.

LEGO Marvel 2022 Rumored Sets

There are now rumors of the 2022 LEGO Marvel sets which comes from price comparison site Brickmerge. There are a number of Marvel sets slated to be released next year which comprises of various Marvel animated shows as well from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

As you can see, there’s a lot packed in for 2022 and that isn’t a bad thing. The first couple of sets are reportedly based on the Disney Junior series, Spidey and His Amazing Friends, and will most likely be 4+ sets based on the set numbering. There is one set listed as theatrical which means it’ll be based on one of the four MCU movies coming next year which includes Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and The Marvels. Hopefully, there’s more than just one set for all four movies.

LEGO Meet the Minifigures Book with Exclusive Rock Star Minifigure

There’s a new LEGO book coming out next year from DK Books called LEGO Meet the Minifigures. The 128 page book features facts about the LEGO Collectible Minifigures line and it will include an exclusive Rock Star minifigure. This will be the third book for the CMF line that includes an exclusive with the previous ones being the Toy Soldier from the Character Encyclopedia and the Zombie Skateboarder from I Love That Minifigure. LEGO Fan Day Happening at LEGO House This Week

LEGO Fan Day will be happening at the LEGO House this week and you can attend it virtually if you can’t make it in person. For the first time in two years, this event will be held just before Skærbæk and there will be a number of live presentation from various LEGO design teams. There will be a new exhibition in Masterpiece Gallery that will showcase MOCs from LEGO designers. There will also be an update from Matthew Ashton about the latest news, a presentation about the 10th Anniversary of LEGO Ninjago, and also a Sustainability update. The event will be happening on September 23 and you can watch the livestream here. Remember it’s CEST time so you’ll have to convert it to your own time zone.

When LEGO® House for the first time in two years welcomes several hundred fans from all over the world on September 23, 2021, it is with a new fan exhibition in the Masterpiece Gallery and live presentations available both physically in LEGO House and virtually from home.

LEGO Rebuild the World Celebrates Problem Solving

LEGO has launched a new iteration to their Rebuild the World campaign which celebrates problem solving. In a newly released film, it shows a Knight trying to cross a bridge but fails to until the town comes together to figure out a way across. Billund, September 20th, 2021 – The LEGO Group has launched a playful new iteration to its global Rebuild the World brand campaign. Now in its third year, the 2021 Rebuild the World campaign celebrates children as the masters of creative problem solving and shows what can be achieved when people work together to overcome differences or challenges.

The main film is centered on the story of a Knight whose attempts to cross a river to see a friendly bear keep failing. Seeing the Knight’s dilemma, a whole town comes together and pools their varied skills, perspectives and talents to find a way to reunite the friends.
