In a global exclusive reveal at this year’s London Toy Fair, The LEGO Group has shown off an upcoming addition to its range of exciting products from The LEGO® MOVIE 2: THE SECOND PART™ (in UK cinemas February 8th) – in the form of new hero Rex Dangervest’s ship, The Rexcelsior.

The 1,820 piece model, released in summer 2019, gives builders of all ages the chance to take control of all-action hero Dangervest’s vessel, shaped like a fist and featuring a rapid-fire, 6-missile spring-loaded shooter with shooting function and a trigger in the back, allowing them to role-play space missions with Rex, Emmet and Rex’s raptor crew.

LEGO Star Wars Visual Dictionary: New Edition Book Preview

LEGO Star Wars Visual Dictionary New Edition

Last year I reported that there will be a new LEGO Star Wars Visual Dictionary: New Edition coming in April 2019. Amazon has recently updated their listing of the book with some new preview images of what we can expect to see. The last version of the book came out in 2014 with the Updated and Expanded version and the latest one will include LEGO Star Wars sets and minifigures that have been released in the last few years. Of course, we can’t forget about the exclusive minifigure that will also be included with the New Edition which should be revealed as we get closer to the release date.

LEGO at the 2019 London Toy Fair

The 2019 London Toy Fair kicks off on Tuesday and it looks like LEGO will be back this year to show off some of their lineups for this year. According to the exhibit floor map, they won’t be on the floor itself with the other exhibitors but they have their own space in the Olympia Room which is tucked away on one side of the show floor. This may suggest that LEGO has a lot to show off or it’ll mostly be for The LEGO Movie 2 sets which there are a lot of.

If you remember from last year, LEGO did not attend the event and there was no reasoning given for it. It could be that the company was focusing on turning the company around after their financial results weren’t as encouraging as they expected for the year before. Anyways, I’m not sure if any LEGO fansites were invited to attend this year’s Toy Fair or if it’s just for retailers like with 2017 but hopefully there are some details that come out of it.

LEGO Teases “A Big Reveal” for Tomorrow on Instagram

LEGO Instagram Story Teaser Reveal

If you follow LEGO on Instagram, you may have seen that they did teaser on their Instagram Story for some sort of reveal tomorrow. The caption says “A *Big* Reveal! ” with the countdown time set for tomorrow morning. I literally don’t know what this reveal is about and it’s the first time I’ve heard about it. Usually recognized LEGO fan media sites are informed early about their upcoming product reveals but I haven’t gotten anything about whatever this teaser is about. My guess is it will be the review results of the LEGO Ideas Second 2018 projects since they did the announcement for the Second 2017 results around the same time last year. What do you guys think this reveal will be? Sound off in the comments below.

**Update: Check out the announcement here.**
