LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Endgame (5005881) Promotional Art Print Revealed

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers Endgame (5005881)

LEGO has revealed the second LEGO Marvel Super Heroes promotional art print that will be available with purchases. The print is illustrated by Andrea Divito and Laura Villari and it features the Avengers fighting Thanos during Endgame. It is not totally accurate to the film as it mostly shows the minifigures from the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Endgame sets. This is the second of three LEGO Marvel art prints that you’ll be able to get with the first one being from Captain Marvel from a few months ago.

According to Shop@Home, it will be available from June 10-16 with purchases of $35 or more in LEGO Marvel products, while supplies last. The purchase minimum in other countries are as follows: £35//$60 (AU)/$65 (NZ)/35€ /910 Kč/11435 Ft/40 CHF/260 kr. (DK)/335 kr (NO)/360 kr (SE)/155 zł/$35 (CAD).

Thanks to Simon for the heads up.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Endgame Movie to Set Comparison

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Endgame Iron Man Hall of Armour (76125)

The spoiler ban for Avengers: Endgame has been lifted today and I’ll be discussing the official LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Endgame sets and how they compare to the movie itself. Although the ban has been lifted, I’ll still give you a final warning for those who still haven’t seen the movie yet.

We all know that licensed LEGO sets usually depicts a certain scene from a show or movie but sometimes they are totally inaccurate due to LEGO having only some minor source material to go on to create a set for it. Again, spoiler warning before you proceed. Don’t pass go if you still haven’t seen the movie yet.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Endgame Iron Man and Dum-E (30452) Review

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Endgame Iron Man and Dum-E (30452)

Avengers: Endgame comes out in a week and the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes sets are already available including a new polybag called Iron Man and Dum-E (30452). Although not exclusive to Walmart, the polybag can be found there for $3.99. You can use Brickseek to find stores near you that have it. The polybag has 38 pieces and it features Iron Man and his robot assistant Dum-E (Dummy).

For the Iron Man minifigure, it shows him with the white Quantum Realm suit. This version of Iron Man is currently exclusive to this polybag so if you want to complete all the Avengers with the suit, you’ll have to get this polybag. I do like the carbon fiber look on the front and back of the torso. His head shows him with a confident look on one side and the other shows him with the blue heads-up display. His helmet is the normal red and gold one that we’ve seen before. His accessories include some hand thrusters which are some 1×1 round trans-light blue tiles as well as some trans-light blue flames for the thrusters on the legs. He attaches to a trans-clear stand to make it seem like he’s flying.

As for Dum-E, it’s a very simply build that uses some Technic beams for the rolling treads. The arm is basically a 1×2 plate with hinges that the clip holds on to. At the end of the arm, there a flame.

Avengers: Endgame releases in theaters in a few weeks here in the US but in China, it will be premiering a few days earlier. To get the hype going over there, Marvel and Disney has teamed up with LEGO to showcase the original Avengers team in the form of Chinese Beijing opera masks made out of LEGO bricks. Each of the masks are about 1.3 meters high and 1.1 meters wide with around total 670,000 bricks used for the six masks. It took LEGO Certified Professional Prince Jiang about 1,800 hours over 18 days to complete. The display will be in People’s Square Shanghai in front of the Shimao flagship LEGO Store until April 30.
