An image of the new LEGO Lord of the Rings minifigures for the 2013 sets have been leaked on the very popular site, Reddit. The image is marked “Confidential” so we won’t be posting or linking to the page but if you do some digging, you can probably find it. What I can tell you is that there are 20 new minifigures for the 2013 sets including the long-waited Gandalf the White and the Mouth of Sauron. There is also a minifigure called Pirate of Umbar which is the character that Peter Jackson did the cameo for. You can see that minifig in our post of the Pirate Ship Ambush here. Which minifig(s) are you looking forward to picking up when they come out?

LEGO at the 2013 London Toy Fair

Today in Kensington, London, the 2013 London Toy Fair kicked off. LEGO has a big presence there showing off the upcoming sets from a wide variety of themes. Our friends at Brick Fanatics made the rounds today and has given a list of sets that were on display. Unfortunately, photography was not allowed but so we have to wait a little longer to see what the new sets look like. It’s also nice to see the pricing we we can gauge how big the sets are without actually seeing images at this time.

Super Heroes – Nice to know what minifigures are included in the sets such as the War Machine we saw earlier.

LEGO Lord of the Rings The Tower of Orthanc (10237) Image?

An image of the LEGO Lord of the Rings The Tower of Orthanc (10237) may have popped up on the internets. Flickr user, motayan, has posted what appears to be a blurred image of the Orthanc with a partial “Confidential” watermark. Because of the watermark, we will not be posting it here until it becomes official. The image also gave dimensions of the tower with it being 8.27 inches wide by 28.75 inches tall. That’s one heck of a tall set! I’m assuming that one of the minifigures included will be Saruman the White. Do you think the image from the user is legitimate? If so, what are your thoughts of it?

**Via Click a Brick**

Update: The image was taken down, probably due to it bearing the watermark.

Update 2: LEGO has revealed the The Tower of Orthanc (10237) in Portugal today.
