The folks over at Scholastic KLUTZ has sent over a press release of some of their latest LEGO titles including LEGO Ninjago: How to Draw Ninja, Villains, and More!. We will be reviewing these books once we receive them but in the meantime, check out details of the books below.

Everyone wants to be in the movies – and the new LEGO® Make Your Own Movie (ages 8 and up) makes it possible, guiding kids through making their own stop-motion animation films of their minifigures, using a phone, tablet, or computer.

LEGO® is the perfect platform for kids to get creative, tell their own stories, and build communication skills. And stop-motion animation is easy with accessible and free apps available for their devices—kids can complete the mini-movies in as little as an hour.

Step-by-step instructions allow creators to set the stage with thirty-six LEGO® elements including six minifigures. As movie-makers dive into more advanced skills they’ll learn tricks of the trade like lighting, sound effects, and camera angles. Plus, the kit comes with six backgrounds to make your film just like the big screen. The possibilities are limitless as the moviemakers create, which means even more advanced kids can take part in the fun.

The highly anticipated The LEGO Ninjago® Moviewill be released September 22 – perfect timing to highlight LEGO® Make Your Own Movie along with the new LEGO® Ninjago How to Draw Ninja, Villains, and More!(ages 8 and up). Using beginner-friendly tracing activities and easy inking and coloring practice sessions, kids will … Continue

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Infinity War Rumored 2018 Sets

This is not unexpected but it looks like there will be LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Infinity War sets coming next year to coincide with the movie premiering in theaters. LEGO has been releasing sets for every movie from the Marvel Cinematic Universe starting with The Avengers up to Thor: Ragnarok which comes out in a few months. The only movie that didn’t have a LEGO set tie-in was Thor: The Dark World.

It’ll be interesting to see if Thanos will be a regular minifigure or if he’ll use the same mold as in the Avenjet Space Mission (76049) but recolored. I have a feeling it’ll be the latter since LEGO already has the mold and usually larger characters use bigfigs instead of minifigures.

The LEGO Ninjago Movie Lloyd (30608) Polybag Leaflet Details

The LEGO Ninjago Movie Lloyd (30608)

The leaflet for The LEGO Ninjago Movie Lloyd (30608) polybag is now available on LEGO’s building instructions page. There’s nothing much to see here but there are some new artwork to look at for the movie especially on the back page where it shows more of Ninjago City.

It is unknown of what the polybag goes with but it is suspected that it could be in a standalone video game for The LEGO Ninjago Movie because there is a code on the corner of the polybag to unlock a character that is similar to previous LEGO video games like LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, LEGO Marvel Avengers, and LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
