The LEGO Movie Teaser Trailers

The LEGO Movie Poster (Bigger Version)

Throughout this week, LEGO and Warner Brothers has been releasing short teaser trailers for some of the characters in The LEGO Movie that will opening on February 7, 2014. These teasers are in preparation for their all-new trailer set to be released tomorrow.

Emmet

Emmet is the main character in The LEGO Movie, voiced by Chris Pratt, and is an ordinary LEGO Minifigure who is mistaken for being a Master Builder who can help save their world.

Wyldstyle is Emmet’s love interest and is described as a tough as nails character who can quickly take control of any situation. She is voiced by Elizabeth Banks.

President Business

President Business is the main antagonist in the movie and is the president of Octan Corporation, which we’ve seen in many LEGO City sets throughout the years, as well as, in his words, the world. Voiced by Will Ferrell, he controls robot minions that will help with his plan to take over the world and is also fond of Taco Tuesdays.

Metal Beard, voiced by Nick Offerman, rides around in a Pirate-styled mech and wants nothing more than to take revenge on President Business.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers Assemble 2014 Set Details

CM4S on Eurobricks has given some details of a couple of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2014 sets. These sets will most likely be based on the Avengers Assemble animated cartoon series on Disney XD. One of the sets is called Captain America vs. HYDRA (76017) and from one of my previous posts, it will retail for $19.99. The minifigures in the set will include Captain America, Red Skull, and a HYDRA agent. The vehicle is olive green and has 8 wheels, similar to the HYDRA Tank from the Captain America: The First Avenger movie.

The other set that has been described is Hulk’s Laboratory (76018). The minifigures included will include the Hulk, MODOK, Falcon, Thor, and possibly Taskmaster. The set has a prison cell that is similar to Hulk’s Helicarrier Breakout set from last year. There is also a yellow robot drone with 4 legs. This set will retail for $59.99.

LEGO Legends of Chima Rogon the Rhino Minifigure First Look

Flickr user L@go has posted a couple of pictures of some prototypes of current LEGO Legends of Chima sets as well as our first look at the Rogon the Rhino minifigure from the 2014 set, Rogon’s Rock Flinger (70131). The Rogon minifigure was displayed at the LEGO Designers’ Booth which shows the various stages of the design for the head mold. He also wears some armor and has a interesting looking blaster weapon.

On a side note, there is also a fairly closeup look of the LEGO Ninjago Nindroid MechDragon (70725).
