LEGO Ideas The House of Chocolate Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The House of Chocolate by Lepralego is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build has about 2,700 pieces and includes seven minifigures and it features a house that opens up to reveal a two-story chocolate factory and shop.

The project now joins The Shire, the Hobbithole of Frodo and Bilbo Baggins, Among Us: The Skeld Detailed Map, The Office, Castle of Lord Afol and the Black Knights, and The X-Files: I Want to Believe as the ones to reach the First 2021 Review Stage.

We’ve already gotten a first look at the upcoming LEGO Ninjago City Gardens (71741) in the January 2021 catalog but official images of the set are now found over at LEGO Certified Store, BricksWorld. The set is part of the LEGO Ninjago 10th Anniversary series of sets that are releasing this year and this set includes the Golden Master Wu minifigure. Ninjago City Gardens can also connect with the Ninjago City (70620) and Ninjago City Docks (70657). The set has 5,685 pieces and will retail for $299.99. It will be available on January 14 for VIPs and February 1 for the general public.

LEGO BrickHeadz German Shepherd (40440) Review

For 2021, LEGO has released a new subtheme for the LEGO BrickHeadz line which are the Pets which features some animals that are popular as pets but in brick form. The first one that I’ll be taking a look at the German Shepherd (40440). It has 247 pieces and retails for $14.99 and it has the German Shepherd as #118 and the Puppy as #119.

The X-Files: I Want To Believe by BrentWaller is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build features the X-Files office and has about 650 pieces and includes minifigures of Fox Mulder, Dana Scully, Assistant Director Walter Skinner, and two Grey Aliens.

LEGO Announces Partnership with HYPE for LEGO Ninjago Collection

LEGO has announced a partnership with fashion company HYPE for a new line of streetwear inspired by LEGO Ninjago. The adult and kids collection consists of 28 pieces featuring a number of tees, shirts, shorts, hoodies, joggers, jackets, and bags. LEGO Chinese Traditional Festival 2021 Sets Available on LEGO Shop

The 2021 LEGO Chinese Traditional Festival sets are now available for purchase on the LEGO Shop. There are two sets include the Story of Nian (80106) and the Spring Lantern Festival (80107). The sets retail for $79.99 and $119.99, respectively, and they do qualify for the Ice Skating Rink (40416) with purchases of $150 or more. Like with many other sets that have released in recent months, they will probably go to backorder status seeing that the initial impressions for them have been pretty positive.

LEGO Marvel Eternals US Pricing Revealed

The new LEGO January 2021 catalog should be arriving in mailboxes here in the US and the very back of it shows off the new LEGO Marvel Eternals sets. We finally have the US pricing for them and they’re about average for your typical Marvel set. There are four sets shown off and they include:

Deviant Ambush! (76154) – 197 pieces/$24.99
In Arishem’s Shadow (76155) – 493 pieces/$59.99
Rise of the Domo (76156) – 1,040 pieces/$89.99
Eternals’ Aerial Assault (76145) – 133 pieces/$9.99

Unless you know Marvel lore, the Eternals are quite unknown at this time. They will be part of Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will no doubt be a bigger part of what will be going on after Endgame.
