A few days ago, I reported on a few new summer 2019 LEGO Technic sets and it looks like there’s another one that has been revealed over at Smyths Toys. Priced at £159.99 and coming in at 2,573 pieces, we now have images of the LEGO Technic Land Rover Defender (42110). Some of the features of the set include a 4 speed sequential gearbox, all-wheel drive with three differentials, and independent suspension.

This collectible model of the Land Rover Defender really captures the vehicle’s level of refinement with its clean, modern lines and sculpted surfaces, making it a great display piece for the home or office. Barnes & Noble will be having a building event for the LEGO Harry Potter Golden Snitch next month. According to their website, they did a teaser for the event which will be held in stores on July 13. There’s no other information about the event and it said to check back later for details. Thanks to everyone who sent this in.

LEGO Ideas The Office (Updated) Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Office by Lego The Office is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. This the second Office project by the same person that has reached the milestone. The first project was not approved and there is a redesign for this project in hopes of passing the review stage. This project of The Office has a 2-in-1 design and it features 17 minifigures.

The project now joins UCS Space Shuttle Atlantis, Thunderbirds Are Go, Gravity Falls Mystery Shack, Pursuit of Flight, and History Museum as the projects to reach the Second 2019 Review Stage.

LEGO Star Wars Slave I – 20th Anniversary Edition (75243) Review

On my last review of the LEGO Star Wars 20th Anniversary Edition sets, I have the Slave I (75243). It has 1,007 pieces and retails for $119.99. This set is the only one from the anniversary series that I have the original 8097 version of it so I’ll be able to do a comparison between the two.

LEGO has revealed its second San Diego Comic Con 2019 exclusive with the LEGO Batman The Dark Knight of Gotham City (77903). The set has 427 pieces and will retail for $45 at the con. Attendees will be able to enter a lottery for a chance to purchase it and the end of June when the lottery is open.
