LEGO Generative AI Internship Job Listing Causes Negativity

A few days ago, LEGO posted a very peculiar job listing for a Generative AI internship in Denmark which got picked online and it obviously got a lot of negative feedback. Since then, the job listing has been taken down. We can either assume that LEGO got a ton of backlash and they decided to take it down or they have enough qualified candidates for interviews later on.

Are you passionate about Generative AI and ready to dive into the world of Gen AI to help transform one of the most iconic brands globally?

Then buckle up and get yourself energized for a 5-6 month internship journey, where you will bring your passion for AI and innovation, along with your technical skills, to shape the future of Generative AI at The LEGO Group. Collaborate with experts to develop cutting-edge tools, strategies, and solutions that will empower our organization and engage our community in new and exciting ways.

In any case, LEGO fans aren’t too happy about it. That’s after they’ve already got caught once for making AI generated Ninjago content last year and released a statement about it. They did mention that they believe generative AI offers interesting opportunities and was still exploring ways to improve experiences they offer.
