No More Martian Manhunter Minifigures Available on LEGO Shop@Home

I’ve gotten a few emails today from people who were ordering from Shop@Home and were trying to get the exclusive LEGO DC Comics Martian Manhunter (5002126) minifigure polybag but were informed that there were no more available. That’s right. There are no more Manhunters available not even two weeks into the promotional period. I’m not that surprised since LEGO fans have been waiting for this guy to get one step closer to completing their Justice League collection. At this time, you can still see the minifigure added to your shopping cart but you will get an email stating there are no more available. Below is that email that people have been getting from S@H about the promo. You may still be able to find one in brand stores but I’d call first to make sure they still have some available. Plus, there is the secondary market such as eBay or Bricklink for you to find these guys. Thanks to Zack and Jimmy for the heads up.

March 2014 LEGO Store and Shop@Home Promotions Now Available

It is now March 1st on the east coast and that means that the new promotions at LEGO Stores and on Shop@Home have now started. The main exclusive for this month is the LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes Martian Manhunter minifigure that is given away for purchases of $75 or more. Also, all of the new sets from various themes are now available such as Star Wars and Super Heroes. Also, The LEGO Movie MetalBeard’s Sea Cow (70810) is now available for individuals who are not VIP Members. Check out what LEGO has to offer in the calendar below.

LEGO April 2014 Store Calendar Details

Images of the LEGO April 2014 store is now available and there are some cool stuff happening throughout the month. Here’s a list of some of the notable things that is going on in April.

LEGO Double VIP Points is back from April 1-15. You can earn $5 for every $50 you spend.
Free Stephanie’s Bakery Stand (30113) polybag with any LEOO Friends purchase. This offer is valid from April 1-20, while supplies last.
The Monthly Mini Model Build on Tuesday, April 1st is a pretty nice looking helicopter.
From April 7-30, visit your local LEGO Store and you can take a picture with LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. Share your photo using #LEGOStore to receive a Marvel Super Heroes poster.
On April 17, there will be a LEGO Minifigure Speed Build Challenge at the LEGO Store. The fastest builder can win a Build a Minifigure 3 Pack.
Also listed on the calendar is Philly Brick Fest. We’ve been helping promote the event and it will be happening on April 26-27.
There are a couple of LEGO Store openings during the month. On April 4-6, celebrate the grand opening at Danbury Fair in Connecticut. On April 25-27, the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas will also be holding an opening.
There are also two LEGO Club Meetings during the month which hasn’t happened before for the Super Heroes line. This time it will feature LEGO Marvel Super Heroes on the 19th and on the 26th. Kids can get a cool classic Electro t-shirt when they attend.

Winter 2014 LEGO Sets Arriving at LEGO Brand Stores

I’ve gotten quite of few emails today of readers who wrote in to let me know that various LEGO Stores throughout the US have shipments of new LEGO sets including Star Wars, Super Heroes, Chima, Juniors, etc. You may want to call your stores to see if they do indeed have these new sets. Remember, you can get The LEGO Movie The Piece of Resistance (30280) polybag with purchases of $50 or more.

In other related news, I have received word from a few sources that next week’s LEGO VIP exclusive set, MetalBeard’s Sea Cow (70810) will go for $250. Hopefully, we’ll get to see some official images of the set later this week.

The LEGO Movie Month at LEGO Stores and on Shop@Home

February is here and we are only 6 days away from the premiere of The LEGO Movie in theaters! LEGO Brand Stores and Shop@Home has some cool stuff to get you ready for the movie. As we reported last month, you can get a free exclusive Piece of Resistance Polybag (30280) for purchases of $50 or more, while supplies last. Also on Tuesday February 4th, the LEGO Stores will be holding the Monthly Mini Model Build and this month, it will be a Micro Manager (see below). This build will probably be a very hot event so head over to your stores early to get in line for a chance to build it.

Today is Chinese New Year but LEGO news never stops. It’s not even February yet but the March 2014 Calendar is already available and there is a shocking development for you LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes fans. Throughout March, for every purchase of $75 or more, you can get a free exclusive Martian Manhunter minifigure, while supplies last. For you Justice League fans, you’re now one step closer to collecting the team.
