This Thursday, June 12th, RIPT Apparel will be having another LEGO-themed t-shirt for sale. With the recent release of Godzilla in theaters, Brinkerhoff has created a design based on the iconic Japanese monster but in LEGO minifigure form and is called Minizilla. The shirt will go for $10 and will be on sale for 24 hours.
The LEGO Lightsabers: Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker project by Scott34567 has become the latest project to hit 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. This project was first submitted in 2012 and consists of two brick-built lightsabers with a display stand. The set takes on the recognizable look of Luke and Vader’s lightsabers from Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi. Scott34567 also claims that the hilts are sturdy enough to bring to convention crowds. They would definitely make great accessories for San Diego Comin Con.
The project now joins Assault on Wayne Manor, Invisible Hand, and X-Men: X-Mansion as the ones that are currently qualified for the second LEGO Ideas Review Stage. The Labyrinth Marble Maze now becomes the highest supported project on LEGO Ideas.
Over the weekend, the official Instagram account for LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham teased us with a few images of what they would be revealing today at E3. A few minutes ago, they have revealed another playable character in the game and that is a big fig Cyborg. As you can see, he is in a suit filled with gadgets and weaponry. Cyborg is the second character “revealed” by the developers of the game with Plastic Man being the first last week. To me, I think it’s a little overboard and would’ve settled for a regular minifigure size version of him. What do you think of Cyborg as a big fig?

For you Cosmos fans, you can now purchase a LEGO themed t-shirt based on the popular television series on TeeFury.com. The shirt features Neil deGrasse Tyson from Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey and Carl Sagan from Cosmos: A Personal Voyage as LEGO minifigures with the classic LEGO Space logo in the background. The shirt only costs $11 and will be on sale for 24 hours.
Toys R Us stores throughout the US are having another The LEGO Movie building event on Saturday, June 14 from 12-2pm. The thing to build is a “Master Builder” inspired by MetalBeard so it’s going to be some kind of figure. Also while you’re there, you will be getting an in-store coupon to save $10 on The LEGO Movie video game.
Update: According to 911diecast on Toys N Bricks, there are three different builds.
There is another image that has been leaked of the minifigure scale LEGO Minecraft set. This time, the set that is featured is The Ender Dragon (21117). Unlike the Micro World version in The End (21107), the Ender Dragon is much larger. It also appears that there are four Enderman mobs included as well. They are also taller than the ones in the Micro World and have a better body proportion. There is no pricing or piece count yet but it was listed at € 69.95 earlier.

Last night, the official Instagram account for LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, teased three images of what seems to be another reveal at E3 2014 on Monday. Doing some Photoshop work, I stitched the images together and got the image above. I have absolutely no idea what the image is but if you have any guesses, feel free to comment below. The game will consist of at least 150 characters so it can be almost anybody from the DC Universe. It may also be an alternate costume for someone or it’s not even a character at all? Who knows. We only have to wait a couple more days for more details of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.
Update: On LEGO Batman’s Facebook Page, they have revealed a slightly larger image but it’s still a mystery of what it could be.
