The LEGO Movie Master Builder’s Submarine

An image has surfaced on The New York Times of a ship that was created by various characters in The LEGO Movie including Wyldstyle, Benny, Batman, Vitruvius, Unikitty, and Emmet. The “Master Builder’s Submarine” was created while the group was being chased by Bad Cop and consists of all the builders’ different styles. This creation was created by the film’s production designer, Grant Freckelton and his team using LEGO Digital Designer. My guess is that it is most likely not going to an official set but it would be totally awesome if it was. Check out the video below to see the submarine being assembled in the movie.

Spieletest.at has attended the 2014 Nuremberg Toy Fair and they have gotten images of the LEGO Mixels Series 2 and 3 sets. With the help of Brickset, we also know the names of these new characters. Series 1 will be available at LEGO Shop@Home in a few weeks any may have already shown up at Toys R Us stores early.

More LEGO Ultra Agents Images From Nuremberg Toy Fair 2014

German site Spieletest.at was also at the 2014 Nuremberg Toy Fair and they have took some pictures of the new LEGO Ultra Agents sets. They have images of a number of the bad guys and their vehicles except for the smallest set, the Riverside Raid (71060).

The LEGO Movie McDonald’s Action Cups Available Tomorrow

As we reported last month, McDonald’s is also promoting The LEGO Movie and they will be having some Action Cups as their “toy” for the month. There are 8 different cups that you can collect feature many characters from the movie including Batman, Unikitty, Bad Cop, Emmet, Wyldstyle, MetalBeard, President Business, and Vitruvius. The cups are lenticular so there are different scenes for each character. These collectible cups are also McPlay compatible so kids can play mini-games on mobile devices. They are available starting tomorrow and you should be able to buy them without getting a Happy Meal. Check out the McDonald’s commercial below.

Atamaii.tv Toy Reporter has another video from the 2014 Nuremberg Toy Fair of some LEGO Legends of Chima sets and this time, they are featuring some of the Ultrabuilds of the summer wave. In the video, the presenter shows off some features of CHI Sir Fangar from the Sabretooth tribe. At the end of the video, you also get to see some of the other Ultrabuilds from this year’s lineup.

LEGO CUUSOO Knight Rider K.I.T.T. by Orion Pax

If you’re a fan of LEGO MOCs, then you’ve probably heard of Orion Pax, otherwise known as Alex Jones. We’ve featured some his work on our site including the Masters of the Universe, the Transformers G1 Optimus Prime, and the Ghostbusters Headquarters, just to name a few.

We can now report that Alex has gone CUUSOO, not cuckoo, CUUSOO as in his very first project on the site. He has submitted his model of K.I.T.T. from the Knight Rider series in hopes of getting the required 10,000 supporters needed for review. We also featured K.I.T.T. before but this time you can vote on it on CUUSOO and it could have the potential to become an official set. With all the 1980’s cars becoming real sets like the Back to the Future DeLorean Time Machine (21103) and the upcoming Ghostbusters ECTO-1, Alex hopes that his model can join the lineup. Alex’s version of K.I.T.T. is 7 studs wide and also includes a 2×3 red light brick to simulate the Anamorphic Equalizer of the Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am.
