Chronicle Books LEGO in Focus Coming in October

Releasing in October, there will be a new book from Chronicle Books highlighting two LEGO photography communities called LEGO in Focus. This coffee table style book features images from LEGO photographers from Brick Central and Stuck in Plastic. If you’re Instagram and follow any LEGO pages, you may have come across the talented work from these two pages. Each image will have a short exerpt from the photographers which tells a story about the image. LEGO in Focus will be available October 4 for $30.

LEGO Wins Five September Toy of the Year 2022 Awards

The September Toy of the Year 2022 award winners were announced yesterday and LEGO pretty much swept in the categories they were nominated for. This year was a little different because the TOTY Awards were held twice. This one gives companies an opportunity of promote their products for the upcoming holiday shopping season. LEGO Planting 50,000 Trees in Vietnam

Earlier this month, LEGO announced that they are planting 50,000 trees in Vietnam near their new factory site. The trees are to compensate the 25,000 trees that will be removed during the upcoming construction in November. Currently, LEGO has already planted 15,000 trees with another 35,000 in the next two years at locations close to the site. As for the new LEGO factory in Vietnam, it was announced late last year and will be the company’s first carbon neutral run site which is set to start production in 2024.
