LEGO Ideas The Polar Express Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Polar Express by Minibrick Productions is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The set is based on the iconic train from the book/movie and it has 1,500 pieces. It also proposes eight minifigures as well.

The project now joins The Shire, the Hobbithole of Frodo and Bilbo Baggins, Among Us: The Skeld Detailed Map, The Office, Castle of Lord Afol and the Black Knights, The X-Files: I Want to Believe, The House of Chocolate, The Simpsons – The Krusty Burger, Asterix and Obelix, 4½-Litre 1927-31 Bentley ‘Blower’, Scania Next Generation S730, The Karate Kid “Wax On, Wax Off”, Hyrule Castle (The Legend of Zelda), Metroid: Samus Aran’s Gunship, NASA’s SLS & Artemis, Lego Bookends, Animal Crossing: New Horizons Paradise, Claus Toys, Baba Yaga, The Castle of Brickwood Forest, A Nice Day at the Farm, The Forth Bridge, The Sewing Workshop, The King’s Castle, The Nightmare Before Christmas – Halloween Town, and Train Bookends as the ones to reach the First 2021 Review Stage.

LEGO VIDIYO Officially Revealed

LEGO has officially revealed the contents of the upcoming LEGO VIDIYO theme which will be coming out on March 1. There are six BeatBox sets that retail for $19.99 each along with a series of Collectible Bandmate Mystery Boxes which costs $4.99 each. Check out the press release below.

The announcement comes on the same day that UMG label, Astralwerks, signs the first ever human version of a LEGO minifigure, L.L.A.M.A, to a global record deal. L.L.A.M.A’s debut single “Shake,” released on Friday February 19, features three-time GRAMMY® winner NE-YO and newcomer Carmen DeLeon. “Shake” is available for pre-save now at all DSPs.

Yesterday we got a first look at some of the new LEGO VIDIYO sets and there are now official images of the sets coming out of Smyths Toys. There are six sets in this wave and it shows them retailing for £17.99 in the UK.

LEGO Porsche 911 Turbo and 911 Targa (10295) Now Available on LEGO Shop

The LEGO Porsche 911 Turbo and 911 Targa (10295) is now available for purchase for VIP members on the LEGO Shop. The set costs $149.99 and contrary to the set announcement a few weeks ago, there will be no Owners Pack gift-with-purchase in North America due to shipping challenges impacting the West Coast, whatever that means. It will still be available to other parts of the world.

LEGO Education BricQ Motion Sets Available on LEGO Shop

The two new LEGO Education BricQ Motion sets are now available for purchase on the LEGO Shop. These two sets include the BricQ Motion Essential Set (45401) which targets kids ages 6+ and the BricQ Motion Prime Set (45400) which focuses on kids ages 10+. Both retail for $99.99 and they are sets dedicated to educating kids about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics) in a physical manner.

The Train Bookends by Jimmi-DK is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 945 piece build features two bookends that show a train going through a tunnel. It also comes with five minifigures, a train driver and four passengers.
