LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes Flash Minifigure Found

LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes Flash Minifigure

Coming off the reveal of the 2014 Nightwing minifigure, there is now an auction on eBay going for the Flash minifigure from The Riddler Chase (76012) set. We first saw him at SDCC 2013 but here we can see a close up of his details. As you can see, he has a double-sided head with an angry look on one side and and a happy expression on the other. The yellow lighting bolt belt printing is on both sides of the torso.

LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes Nightwing Minifigure Found

LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes The New 52 Nightwing Minifigure

Back in August, we did a post on some details of the 2014 LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes sets. In the The Joker Steam Roller (76013) set, there was an unidentified hero minifigure but we didn’t know who it was. We speculated that it could possibly be Nightwing but until there were definite details, we could only guess who it was. Well as you can see from the image above, courtesy of our buddies over at Your Creative Friends, The New 52 Nightwing has been found!

The minifigure is mostly black with the new red Nightwing symbol featured across the torso as well as across the back with grey hands. The legs are also black as well. He has a double-sided head with him wearing a black mask with red eyes and a smirky look on one side and a serious look on the other. His hair is also black and is spiked up. There’s no details on whether he will have his batons but I’m going to guess he will.

Are you excited that there will be a new Nightwing in an upcoming set? I know I am! Check out YCF’s video below for an in-depth look at the minifigure.

LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes/Star Wars 2014 Minifigures

Solid Brix Studios has posted an image of a couple of the new LEGO minifigures from DC Universe Super Heroes as well as Star Wars. As you can see, he has acquired a new variant of the Joker most likely from The Joker Steam Roller (76013) set. He also has a V-Wing Starfighter Pilot from the V-Wing Starfighter (75039) set. We’re not sure how he has gotten a hold of them but you can be sure that more LEGO minifigures and set images will be popping up very soon.

Update: Doing some research, I’ve found that it was the same user on BrickLink who “leaked” the Batgirl minifigure.

Update: Looks like the “original” imaged posted by Solid Brix Studios has been taken down.

Official LEGO DC Universe Batgirl Minifigure Leaked?

Official Batgirl Minifigure?

A user by the name of votvik on BrickLink has posted an image of what appears to be The New 52 Batgirl from DC Comics and is asking what price to sell it for. Comparing it to the #1 issue of The New 52 Batgirl comic, the minifigure in question sure looks like her from the torso to her red hair.

Also note that the user is from the Czech Republic where LEGO has one of their largest factories. Could this mean that the minifigure is a leak from one of the 2014 LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes sets? Looking back at our set list for the 2014 DC releases, it could be in the The Joker Steam Roller (76013) set since there was an unidentified minifigure. What do you guys think?

LEGO Super Heroes 2014 Rumored Sets

Here’s some news that many people have been waiting for. All About Bricks is reporting there will be quite a few LEGO Marvel Super Heroes sets coming out in 2014. First off, there will be two sets based on the LEGO 4 Juniors or 4 Plus line which targeted children four years or older. One set will be a Spider-Man car and has Venom and the other set is a Batcave and includes Batman, Robin, and the Joker.

Now to the good stuff. For the Marvel side, there will be three Spider-Man sets that will have new heroes and villains. There’s no word on whether they will be based on The Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie or continuing with the Ultimate Spider-Man animated series. My guess is from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 since the movie will be out on April 17, 2014. The characters in the movie will include, of course, Spider-Man, Gwen Stacy, Electro, Rhino, Norman Osborn, and Harry Osborn just to name a few. I’m thinking that Norman will be the Green Goblin if that villain is in the movie. My guess for the minifigures are Spider-Man, Gwen, Electro, and Rhino. If LEGO decides to continue with the Ultimate Spider-Man, there are so many characters but the ones that stick out are Luke Cage/Power Man, White Tiger, Lizard, Electro, Rhino, and Kraven the Hunter.

There are also two sets based on The Avengers. Again, we don’t know if it will be based on last year’s movie since we’ve already have sets for it. Here’s … Continue
