LEGO 2015 Advent Calendars Now Available on Shop@Home

It’s September 1st on the east coast and that means the new LEGO 2015 Advent Calendars are now available for purchase at Shop@Home. There are three different themes to choose from LEGO Star Wars, LEGO City, and LEGO Friends. If you want one, I suggest you pick them up as soon as possible because they tend to sell out fairly quickly.

LEGO 2015 Advent Calendars Available for Pre-Order on Amazon

If you’re a fan of the LEGO Advent Calendars, Amazon has all three of this year’s calendars available for pre-order including Star Wars, City, and Friends. The advent calendars have been pretty popular the past few years especially the LEGO Star wars one which usually sells out even before Thanksgiving time rolls around. They should be available at LEGO Stores and on Shop@Home on or around September 1st so I suggest picking them up early if you really want one before they sell out.

Regarding LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Set Images

For the past couple of days, there has been a disturbance in the force regarding the LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens set images. I have been getting a ton of emails of people notifying me about the official images being released. Yes, I have seen them and they look great. Some have also wondered why I haven’t posted any of the images. The reason is that we’re “supposed” to be under an embargo and are not allowed to post them. When those images came out, I emailed the LEGO CEE Team and wanted to confirm that we shouldn’t post them. Their response was simply. “Yes, the embargo remains.”

There have been quite a few big name sites that did post them which may make it seem that it would be okay to but I won’t be following in those footsteps. The reason is because I’m one of the newer members of the LEGO Ambassador Network and don’t want to jeopardize my working relationship with The LEGO Group just because of a couple of images. There was an request/agreement back in June to not post any of the TFA sets until we were allowed to and I will be sticking to that agreement.

Yes, this is big news and we’ve been waiting a long time for these TFA images but I’m pretty sure LEGO didn’t want them to be released this way. I am not looking for page views and whatnot. Just because some some sites have posted them doesn’t mean that I should. If this … Continue

LEGO 2016 Set Name Listings on Amazon.de

Today Amazon.de has upload a ton of listings for various upcoming LEGO 2016 sets. There were many posts on Eurobricks on these listings but I’ve organized them alphabetically by theme. Thanks to CM4sci for the heads up. The set names are loosely translated from German so they might not be the official names but they give you an idea of what the sets are. This list does correspond to the list that came out a few days ago.

Update: LEGO has asked sites to remove the list. Amazon.de messed up and accidentally posted it just a little bit too early. Sorry folks.

Possible LEGO 2016 Set List?

An interesting list popped up over on BrickPicker that could be a potential list of the first-half 2016 LEGO sets for various themes. This list does correspond to earlier rumors of some City and Ninjago sets for next year. The list was scrambled when I looked at it so I tried to organize it into separate themes. If you look closely, there could be a hint to what the next modular set could be. Keep in mind this isn’t an official list.
