The LEGO Batman Movie Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman Keychain (5004928) Review

The LEGO Batman Movie Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman Keychain (5004928)

One of the more elusive polybags for The LEGO Batman Movie when it was first released was the Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman Keychain (5004928). The only way to get it earlier this year was to watch the movie at Cinemark Theatres or buy it on the secondary market but now you can get it at Target. You can either purchase $30 worth of LEGO Batman products and get it for free or but it outright for $5.99 each.

The printing on the minifigure is exclusive to this set and it is a white suit with red kisses all over the front and back of the torso as well as on the arms along with some more kisses on the front and sides of the legs. The cowl technically can not be removed as there is a metal pin going down the cowl, head, and torso however if you want to remove the pin, The Brick Blogger has a very good article on various methods on how to take it out. The only thing that can’t be taken apart are the torso and legs.

It is unfortunate that a cool suit like this came as a keychain but that’s how marketing works. The promotion at Target will run until November 4, while supplies last. My closest store was all sold out last week even before the promo started which was a bummer so I had to get it online. I heard this was happening at some other … Continue

The LEGO Batman Movie Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman Keychain (5004928) Available Online at Target

The LEGO Batman Movie Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman Keychain (5004928)

One of the more elusive items for The LEGO Batman Movie was the Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman Keychain (5004928) which was only available at Cinemark when the movie first premiered back in February. As I reported a few days ago, the keychain polybag will also be available at Target for their holiday ad in which you can get it for free with a purchase of $30 or more on LEGO Batman products or buy it individually for $5.99 each.

We now know that you can also purchase it online at the same price as well. This is convenient for those who don’t want to go out and search for them. It’s nice to know that this polybag is actually a wider release product since not that many people had a Cinemark location near them.

The LEGO Batman Movie Bat Segway Teaser

A few hours ago, LEGO tweeted out a new picture of Batman from The LEGO Batman Movie riding a Bat Segway. This could be a teaser for the upcoming third wave of TLBM sets coming out in 2018. I’ve already talked about some of the rumored sets which may include the Bat-Buggy, Egghead Mech, Justice League Anniversary Party, Harley Quinn’s Attack, and the Bat-Spaceshuttle. The Bat Segway shown above could be part of one of these sets. Stay tuned as LEGO could do more teasers for the next wave of The LEGO Batman Movie sets.

Rest of LEGO Toys R Us Bricktober 2017 Sets Revealed

Exclusive minifigures at Toys'R'Us

It looks like we have a look at the full line up for the Toys R Us Bricktober 2017 promotion thanks to BrickSamurai. I’ve already talked about the The LEGO Batman Movie (5004939) and the LEGO City Jungle Exploration (5004940) but we can now see the other two sets in the series.

There will be a generic minifigure series that includes a boxer, a hippie, a cheerleader, and a sailor. These minifigure don’t look that special as they are recolors of previous minifigures. The cheerleader looks to be the human form of the Zombie Cheerleader from the Series 14 Monsters Collectible Minifigures. This is listed as set #4 for of the series.

The other set based on LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and not on The LEGO Ninjago Movie as previously rumored. The minifigures in this set include a white Nendroid, Neuro, Acronix, and Season 4 Rebooted version Kai, confirmed by Simon Lucas. This one is listed as the first set of the series.

Now that we’ve seen all of the Toys R Us Bricktober 2017 sets, the most interesting one is definitely the one for The LEGO Batman Movie. The other sets are fairly bland but the Ninjago one does look somewhat interesting. There’s no word on when Bricktober is here in the US but it’s usually in October so we have a few more weeks before we know the details.
