Today is the final week of the LEGO Star Wars free collectible posters promotion at LEGO Stores and on Shop@Home. The last poster to collect is Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Like with all the other posters in the series, they will come folded. They will be added to your shopping cart with any qualifying LEGO Star Wars products.
ReBrick is having a pretty cool LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes contest to win some very nice prizes including exclusives from this year’s San Diego Comic Con. All you need to do is to build your favorite comic book cover featuring Superman, Batman, and/or Wonder Woman, or create a custom super hero. Share your build using the instructions in the official rules. The deadline to enter is December 11 at 9:00am EST.
The grand prize winner will get:

Back in June, it was confirmed that the LEGO Star Wars Constraction Battle Figures line will be continuing with the reveal of the First Order Stormtrooper (75114). Today Just2Good on Eurobricks has reported on the other characters in the next wave will also be from The Force Awakens and they are as follows:

Earlier today at MCM London Comic Con, Arthur Parsons from TT Games showed off some new LEGO Marvel’s Avengers gameplay footage as well as a ton more playable characters. These are just a few of the reported 250 characters that you can use in the game. I’ve listed below some characters that were shown on screen that we haven’t seen before at previous reveals. LEGO Marvel’s Avengers will be available on January 26. You can watch the VOD of the presentation starting at 1:03:00.

The Toys R Us holiday book is showing up in mailboxes now and in the LEGO section of the book, it shows the promotion for the LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens C-3PO (5002948) here in the US. The minifigure polybag is free starting on November 1 with LEGO Star Wars purchases of $40 or more.
As we know by now, they are already available for $3.99 each at various locations. Some stores, like mine, are sticking to the street date rather than selling them early even though they have them in stock. Once the promo ends, they can pretty much be purchased for $3.99 if there are any left over by then. If you’re actively looking for them, the TRU item number is 169326.
Registration for Philly Brick Fest 2016 is now live and you sign up to be a full participant. This means you can attend all four days and participate in activities not available to the public. The event will be held on April 28-May 1 and there some new things planned for next year. Beforehand, I’ve sent over a couple of questions about the event. TBF: What is the goal for PBF 2016?
CC: This is our 3rd year running for Philly Brick Fest, and while we are still relatively young, there are already a handful of newer conventions that have popped up behind us like BrickSlopes and BricksLA. With Brick Fest Live running all year long, we have been able to meet and interact with LEGO User Groups (LUGs) and Fans of LEGO (FOLs) all over the country. Inevitably, we start talking about LEGO conventions and always extend the invite for them to join us in Philly. Since PBF hit the scene in 2014, which was also the height of LEGO-mania with the launch of the LEGO movie, LUGs and FOLs alike have more choices than ever before to choose the events they want to attend and participate in. We want the world to know that THIS event, Philly Brick Fest, is a “Destination Convention”. Our FOL schedule is packed with activities and surprises, and most of all we know fans gravitate to this event for each other.

Earlier today, the official list for the Series 15 LEGO Collectible Minifigures (71011) were revealed and now there’s a sneak peek of a few of the characters in the wave. The image comes from what appears to be the back cover of the latest LEGO Club Magazine. Here you can see the Costume Shark Guy, Awkward/Clumsy Man, and the Queen.
I don’t know about you but the Costume Shark Guy looks really similar to the Left/Right Shark in Katy Perry’s Super Bowl halftime show from earlier this year.
