Disney has finally revealed the new LEGO Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker sets that will be coming next week on Triple Force Friday. All of these sets have been available at some retailers for a few weeks now but we finally get a good look at them.

LEGO and Amazon Announce LEGO MINDSTORMS Voice Challenge: Powered by Alexa

LEGO and Amazon have teamed up to do a new contest called the LEGO MINDSTORMS Voice Challenge: Powered by Alexa with a tons of prizes up for grabs. All you have to do is to create new ideas on how LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 can interact with Alexa using voice commands. LEGO Ideas First 2019 Results Will be Announced Tomorrow

LEGO has announced that they will be revealing the next LEGO Ideas set tomorrow morning. This announcement will be for the First 2019 Review Stage that ended in May. There were nine projects that qualifed for the Review Stage and they include:

National Museum – Rio de Janeiro
Anatomini
The Office – NBC
The Pirate Bay
Kakapo
SpaceX BFR / Starship & Super Heavy 1:110 Scale
Addams Family Mansion
123 Sesame Street
Machu Picchu

LEGO Star Wars Triple Force Friday Product Reveals Coming Thursday

Star Wars Triple Force Friday is coming next week and Disney has finally announced that they are ready to reveal products for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. On Thursday, September 26 at 11 am PST, there will be a livestream to show off new products including the LEGO Star Wars ones which leaked a while back. Technically they aren’t leaks anymore since people have been purchasing them legally at various retailers and have already been doing reviews on them on YouTube. I’ll do my post on the LEGO Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker official images at that time as well.

The LEGO Group Ranks First for Global Corporate Responsibility

Reputation Institute has released their rankings for global corporate responsibility and The LEGO Group has been rank first on the list. It was stated in the press release that LEGO was rated the highest when it came to being fair in business, ethical, and being open and transparent. More than half of consumers said they would buy LEGO products which is 13.7% higher than the RepTrak 100 average. This ranking is on top of their second place finish on the 2019 Global RepTrak 100 for being the most highly regarded company in the world.

Global study puts the LEGO Group in first place on Corporate Responsibility

The study, conducted by Reputation Institute, a global technology-driven provider of reputation measurement and management services, calibrated the perceptions of more than 140 companies on the merits of CR. CR RepTrak measures perceptions of Citizenship, Governance and Workplace, and provides a means of assessing a company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) credentials. The study is based on more than 230,000 individual ratings from the informed general public across 15 leading economies.

“The LEGO Group is a great example of a company that is committed to delivering on corporate responsibility and realizing strong business results by doing the right thing,” said Kasper Nielsen, Chief Strategy Officer at Reputation Institute. “The core strength in corporate responsibility translates into 57% of consumers saying they would definitely buy The LEGO Group’s products — which is a net 13.7 percentage points higher than the CR RepTrak 100 average.”
